Integrate MS Teams with MockFlow Flows, you can export Flow diagram projects, create

custom tabs, and pin them in any channel within your MS Teams.

2Use the MS Teams Apps and search for MockFlow Flow.

3Click on 'Add' to get the access.

4Login to your MockFlow account.

5Click on Apps from the sidebar and search 'MockFlow Flows.'

6Log in to your MockFlow account.

7Mockflow dashboard opens up, and choose the project that has to be shared, inside the Microsoft Teams channel.

8A tab opens up, click on the post button.

9On clicking the tab, you will be able to edit the project within Microsoft Teams.

10The project will be shared within the selected MS Teams channel.

  1. In this video, we’ll show you how to create an interactive profile dropdown menu using MockFlow’s prototyping feature. Profile dropdown interactions are essential in wireframes as they help visualize how users access account options and navigate within the interface.
  2. We’ve already designed the dropdown menu using MockFlow’s WireframePro editor. You can easily manage and locate this dropdown using the Layers panel for seamless navigation within the editor.
  3. Next, it’s time to bring the dropdown to life. Select the profile icon, then choose Mouse Click as the trigger and set Toggle Component Visibility as the action. From there, select the profile dropdown menu component to display when the icon is clicked.
  4. We’ll now define the dashboard as the primary container. By setting it as the primary container, the selected dropdown component will appear in context when triggered.
  5. To test the interaction, simply click the profile icon—this should now trigger the dropdown menu to appear as expected.
  6. MockFlow also allows you to add effects to interactions. Select the same profile icon, go to the interaction settings, and click on Effects. You’ll see a list of available effects— here we are going to choose Rolling Down for a smooth dropdown interaction.
  7. These effects can be customized. Click on the selected effect to adjust the delay duration, tweak it as needed, and then hit Save.
  8. Finally, click View to preview the full interaction with effects. As you’ll notice, the roll-down effect adds a polished and more realistic feel to the profile dropdown interaction.
